New placement approaches in broad-access institutions
In this report, we share a vision for the next phase of placement reform by exploring why colleges are evolving their placement processes, identifying key trends among institutions that are innovating in this area, and outlining three distinct approaches to iteration and innovation observed in our study. Additionally, the report highlights strategies colleges have employed in designing and implementing these placement reforms.
