Welcome to the Phase Two Library
At our core, we are researchers, but we approach everything with a practitioner's perspective. In every project, we gain insights into how to build more equitable higher education institutions. We regularly use these insights to build practitioner-focused products that aim to help others benefit from, and build on, what we've learned. All of the products in this library are designed to be useful to those directly engaged in institutional transformation efforts.
We release three types of products.
RESEARCH: Traditional research papers and reports summarizing study findings.
ACTION TOOLS: Products that help practitioners reflect on, apply research findings, or develop tactics to improve own work.
PRACTITIONER RESOURCES: Products that translate findings from studies into actionable practice or policy takeaways.
